Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wardrobi Chrome extension and backend service at app.wardrobi.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Shiplock Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
Wardrobi is a virtual try-on tool that lets you see how clothing from online retailers looks on your body using AI-generated images. The Service consists of a Chrome browser extension and a cloud backend that processes your images.
2. Account & Authentication
You must sign in with a Google account to use Wardrobi. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You may only create one Wardrobi account per person.
3. Credits & Usage
Wardrobi uses a credit system to manage usage:
- Free accounts receive 5 credits per month, which reset monthly
- A single-garment try-on costs 1 credit; an outfit try-on costs 2 credits
- You can earn additional credits by referring others to Wardrobi (5 credits per active referral, up to 50 referral credits)
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
We reserve the right to adjust credit allocations, costs, and referral bonuses at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or obscene content
- Use the Service to harass, impersonate, or harm others
- Attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or access controls
- Abuse the referral system through fake accounts or fraudulent activity
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the images you generate using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to operate the Service and improve its quality. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit.
6. Intellectual Property
The Wardrobi name, logo, extension, and backend service are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission. Garment images captured from retailer websites remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Affiliate Links
When you click purchase links in the Service, those links may contain affiliate parameters. This means we may earn a commission if you make a purchase. Affiliate links do not affect the price you pay. We disclose this in the interest of transparency.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Specifically:
- Virtual try-on results are AI-generated approximations and may not accurately represent how clothing will look or fit in real life
- We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service
- We are not responsible for the quality, fit, or description of any clothing items displayed or purchased through retailer links
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shiplock Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.
10. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the extension settings. Account deletion permanently removes all your data, including wardrobe items, generation history, and stored images. Referral records are anonymized. This action is irreversible. We may also terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
